Return shipping costs for the incorrect item will be covered by nFINITOmashop.org. Upon receipt and verification of the returned item, a full refund or replacement will be issued.
  • Unfulfilled Orders: If an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability or other logistical reasons, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer.
  • Products showing signs of use, tampering, or damage not caused by shipping or manufacturing defects.
  • Digital products, subscriptions, or downloadable content.

Refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days of approval and are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

2. Returns

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on the part of nFINITOmashop.org or the item is deemed defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

3. Non-Returnable Items

5. Damaged or Lost Items in Transit

  • If an item arrives damaged, report the damage within 48 hours of delivery. Include photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and item.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly with the tracking information provided. We will assist in filing claims where applicable.
